SANJIT INSTRUMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED IS OUR ASSOCIATE COMPANY.
Sanjit Instruments was incorporated in the year 1996.
Sanjit Moulds while manufacturing injection moulds for various customers felt the necessity of having own moulding machine for trials, short production runs and production. Hence, the Chairman Mr. Sunil Bagul promoted a separate company “Sanjit Instruments Private Limited” in the year 1996. Initially, the Company invested in a new DEMAG injection moulding machine. Looking at the facilities created at Sanjit Instruments, many customers started sending enquiries for supply of moulds and moulded parts. Looking at the quality and consistency of the moulded parts, Sanjit Instruments also established itself in global market in a short span of time. Leveraging on the expertise of mould making facilities of Sanjit Moulds, Sanjit Instruments was able to meet stringent technical demands of supplying zero defect products.
Sanjit Instruments today is a green channel supplier to many companies. Its products are exported mainly to Europe. At present, the Company’s manufacturing range includes plastic parts to automobile parts, electronics, switchgear, smoke detectors, coffee making machines, distribution boxes, relays etc. All the parts being supplied are at par in durability, reliability, accuracy and on-time deliveries.
In the year 2000, Sanjit Instruments expanded its activities in thermoset, transfer and compression moulding machines. Currently, Sanjit Instruments supplies high accuracy parts moulded in SMC, DMC, Backelite etc.
Recently, Sanjit Instruments has also ventured into product assembly area wherein all the plastic, metal and machined parts are assembled as per customer’s requirements.
