We make injection moulds suitable for injection moulding machine from 40 tons to 300 tons as per customers’ requirements. We make injection moulds for automobile, switchgear, electronics, telecommunication, fire-fighting equipments, irrigation, white goods, etc. We make best quality injection moulds for components, with both Hot Runner and Cold Runner systems.
Compression
We manufacture all single and multi cavity compression moulds for sectors like automobile and switchgear industries. We also manufacture compression moulds suitable for hydraulic presses ranging from 50 tons to 300 tons.
Transfer
Currently, we are manufacturing transfer moulds for sectors like automobile and switchgear. However, we have large capacity to make transfer moulds for any industry as per specific requirements.
Hot Runner
We are making injection moulds having hot runner systems suitable for plastic products ranging from 40 gms to 200 gms. Sanjit Moulds is able to manufacture its own hot runner systems as well.
